At The Neuro Consultants, we do care about the right way.

Here, the “right” way is the way that works best for you or your employees.

This is the biggest reason why we offer two sets of services. We understand that an individual’s business will need vastly different things than a company or nonprofit. Why not take a look at what we can do to help you and your business?

Values

We Prioritize

  • The heart and soul of why we do what we do will always be you. We’re here to get to know you for the wonderful human you are, understand what your definition of success is, and figure out which strategies will get you there.

  • We’re never going to force you to try and be someone you’re not or fight against what is. Here, acceptance looks like acknowledging preferences, strengths, and struggles, being honest about what's working and what needs to change, and accepting people for who they are.

  • Even though conversations around neurodivergence are finally happening, there’s still a lot of stigma. That’s why we create spaces where all types of neurodivergents can meet each other and build community.

  • We aren’t here to swoop in and rescue anyone because we know neurodivergent people don’t need to be saved. Instead, we are here to support the hell out of you, or your employees, and stick around until everyone feels good about getting stuff done on their own.

Meet the Team

  • Adam aka Amaku

    Photographer and videographer

Any time TNC or TNC clients need a photo taken or a video shot, Adam’s the one we call. From marketing materials to photos of guests at our live events, he’s great behind the camera. His not-so-secret other talent? Parkour.

  • Gia Clark-Grillo

    Associate Creative Consultant

Whether it’s helping clients find social events for themselves or putting together marketing materials, Gia’s our go-to person for a number of TNC to-dos. Besides being our creative consultant, she’s also an artist and poet - with a specialty for writing about movies.

  • Millicent (Millie) Ansah

    Event Planner/Community Organizer

A dedicated educator, event planner, and community organizer known for creating inclusive educational environments for over a decade. She’s a proud first-generation Ghanaian American, an AmeriCorps alumnus, and the founder of Mocha Millie Elite Events.

  • Peter

    Painter and Colorist

With a passion for color and interior design, Peter supports our clients with turning their homes into spaces that reflect their personalities and make their lives easier. When he’s not working his design magic, you can catch him eating halal, rocking out to Goth Babe, or hanging with his friends.

  • Linda Velvest

    Associate

As a former occupational therapist, Linda has always loved helping people figure out what they wanted to accomplish in their lives and finding ways to make it happen. Outside of supporting TNC clients with just about everything, you might find Linda walking her two pigs—Petunia and Hamilton—around Jersey City.

  • Daniel Natalo-Lifton

    Associate Development Strategist

With a background in sales, marketing and business development, and his own ADD and ASD diagnoses, Daniel capitalizes on his varied experiences to help TNC and its clients navigate workplaces and entrepreneurship all while being their authentic selves. “We can be anything we want in life. Why not choose to be happy”

  • Steve Willett

    Associate Creative Consultant

Known as the jack of all trades thanks to his experience working at companies such as Barnes and Noble, Scholastic, and more, Steve helps TNC clients with everything. In his free time, you’ll find him moderating a weekly virtual poetry workshop or performing at open mics around New Jersey.

  • Marisella

    Associate Design Associate

As a self-taught visual artist and a formally trained architectural designer, Marisella helps TNC clients with residential design, branding, and visual identity. When she isn’t creating stunning graphics, she’s chasing around her toddler or her rescue cat.

  • Lillion Hunt

    Associate Digital Marketing Strategist

Our digital marketing master, who uses her web development and social media skills to build beautiful online presences and communities for our TNC clients. As a neurodivergent ally, she’s all about inclusivity and intentionality. Her guilty pleasure? Watching reality TV shows on Netflix like The Perfect Match or Love is Blind.

MEET THE FOUNDER

I’m Elyse Henrici (SHE/HER/HERS)

It wasn’t until my early 20s that I was diagnosed with ADHD, and my late 20s, that I discovered I was autistic.

That meant that I spent the beginning of my life white-knuckling my way through everything, hyper-focusing on one job to the next, and feeling like my mind was a crowded intersection with thoughts honking and crashing into each other. All. The. Time.

THAT’S WHY I FOUNDED THE NEURO CONSULTANTS.

Not to fix, save, or coddle anybody, but to create a space of resources and support for neurodivergent people that make life better.
